20210716 Breaching Whales
An amazing cruise with the Amaroo out of Forster. The journey started quietly with a mother and calf swimming close to shore so we left them in peace. Another two whales also had a quiet time, but then we saw some explosive action by two whales out on the whale highway. We thought they were going to go quiet on us but as we cruised along beside them as they headed north they threw out 15 breaches and a couple of head lunges. What a morning!
